Create one family/group profile under a parent/guardian’s name (not a child’s) before you arrive.
Your whole family/group is booked in under this profile, which includes our legal liability waiver.

No pre-booking needed. Pay by card only in reception for playtime, spectator fees, and Playalot® grip socks (if you don't already own a pair).

Yes, we are open as we have inverters. Loadshedding will affect the aircon and café offering.
All birthday boys/girls get one free hour playtime in your birthday month. Check our trading days/times on Google.
Playalot and Playalot Café is 100% cashless. We except all major local bank cards.
No other safety grip socks will be allowed inside our park. Playalot® safety grip socks - R50 (once-off). Yours to keep for next time.
No need to pre-book for playtime – Just rock up to play! Book-in and pay for playtime, socks and spectator fees in reception (no cash). Prior to your arrival you do, however, need to create ONE Playalot® family profile to be granted access to the park, which includes our legal liability waiver.
To keep things smooth and secure, every family needs a single family-profile, created in the name of the parent or guardian. All adventurers & spectators must be checked in under that profile before entering the park. ‘Create a family profile’ link above.
Not at all. We do have a Playalot Café that sells, amongst other things, burgers, pizzas, toasties & salad, along with coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, kiddies meals & slushies.
No, we are not. We do however sell crisps, popcorn and soft drinks that is Halaal.
