DO YOU HOST KIDDIES’ PARTIES?
Absolutely! Contact parties@playalot.co.za for our party packages & availability or chat to us via WhatsApp on more information 060 423 5422 Keep an eye on our social media pages for our weekly promotions.
CAN I HOST A PARTY WITHOUT BOOKING A PARTY PACKAGE?
We only host your party if you booked one of our 4 packages. You cannot rent an empty room or host a party in the open areas.
DOES MY PARTY INCLUDE PLAYTIME, OR MUST I BOOK THAT SEPERATELY?
All our party packages include 2- or 3-hours playtime.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN CAKE?
Yes, you may. We will also recommend our favourite baker if you do not have one.
WHAT IS IN THE PARTY BOX?
A Juice, 1 packet of crisps, Chocolate confectionery, Lolipop, Fizzer. Wrapped Mallow & Toffees.
CAN I BRING MY OWN PLATTERS AND DECOR?
We do not allow your own platters and we supply all the décor that you need.
IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING PER PARTY?
A minimum of 10 kids.
DO PARTIES CARRY ON DURING LOAD SHEDDING?
Yes, as the shopping centre has a generator.
DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Our entire bottom floor is wheelchair friendly. Our party terminals are however on the top floor.
DO YOU HAVE HALAAL FOOD SELECTIONS?
Our Café is Halaal friendly as we do not use any pork or alcohol products in the kitchen and we only use Halaal butcheries.
PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You will pay your deposit and party total via EFT, prior to the party/event date.
DO YOU HOST CORPORATE EVENTS?
