HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PLAY?
Our playtime during weekdays excluding public- & government school holidays is R70 per hour per player and over weekends and public- & government school holidays it’s R140 per hour per player. This excludes our compulsory safety grip socks costs R50 (once-off). Yours to keep for next time. Keep an eye on our social media pages for our weekly promotions.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU SANITIZE?
In addition to doing a deep clean every Monday, we do daily sterilizing on all equipment that children touch as well as the floors and sides of the park and the staircase. We have sanitizing stations around the park.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING OUR OWN FOOD/DRINKS?
No, but we do have a Playalot Café that sells, amongst other things, coffee, milkshakes, smoothies, kiddies’ meals, slushies, pizzas, salads, pies and wraps.
DO YOU HOST KIDDIES PARTIES?

WHAT SHOULD PLAYERS WEAR?
Something comfortable to play in and a pair of our compulsory safety grip socks. Available at R50 (once-off). Yours to keep for next time.
MAY PLAYERS BRING THEIR OWN SAFETY SOCKS?
Only Playalot safety grip socks can be worn. R50 (once-off). Yours to keep for next time.
HOW LONG ARE PLAY SESSIONS?
A single play session is 1-hour long and you can buy as many as you can play for.
DO YOU HAVE WI-FI?
We have uncapped Wi-Fi on both levels and in our co-working space areas.
WHAT HAPPENDS IF SOMETHING GETS LOST OR STOLEN?
We have surveillance cameras across the park and if something like this ever had to happen, we will do everything in our power to locate the lost/stolen item. Ask assistance in reception.
DO YOU CATER FOR VISITORS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS?
Other than our quiet time slots every day between 9am & 10am, our Fun Marshall prides themselves on their gentle mannerism and ability to work with special needs kids.
DO YOU HAVE HALAAL FOOD SELECTIONS?
Our Café is Halaal friendly.
PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept card payments and cash.
ARE YOU OPEN DURING LOAD SHEDDING?
Yes, we are open as the shopping centre has a generator.
DO YOU HAVE VOUCHERS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
Yes, we do. Please purchase vouchers in reception or email marketing@playalot.co.za for digital vouchers.
DO YOU HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Our entire bottom floor is wheelchair friendly.
WHERE CAN I STORE MY SHOES AND BELONGINGS WHILST VISITING YOUR PARK?
We have lockers that you can keep your belongings in. Bring your own lock or buy one in reception.
DO YOU HOST CORPORATE EVENTS?
Yes, we do. From team buildings to conferences, we arrange and cater for it all. Contact events@playalot.co.za for our packages.
ARE THERE ANY AGE, WEIGHT, OR HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?
Our park is perfect for all ages. No height restrictions are in place. Our Skyride, climbing walls and obstacles has a weight limit is 120kgs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?
You may play the remainder of the time left of your booked slot.
DO CHILDREN UNDER 2 ALSO PAY TO PLAY?
All players, regardless of age pay to play per hour and need to wear safety grip socks R50 (once off).
SPECTATORS
Spectators pay R10 per person and must wear compulsory Playalot socks when entering the play zones.
SANDPIT
Our cassia seed “sandpit” contains wheat.
