Have you ever looked at your child and thought, 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗕𝗘 𝗔 𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥?! 🤩 Do they love to pose for the camera or have a talent for taking cool action photos; the kind that can make them famous? 📸 Well, 2023 is the year to make that dream a reality with the launch of our 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗨𝗔𝗟, 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗣 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗛𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗘; 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗧®!

Join us for some after-hours 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡-𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗨𝗡, whilst enjoying 𝟯 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬! 📸Showcase your cell phone photography skills by taking photos of your kids having the time of their lives, at our 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗧 VIP Event and 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗪𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦, for a year – 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝟭𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬! 😎

To make this an even more 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘, we will ask the public to vote for the favourite photo of the day! That winner will be crowned 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗧®! Playalot® will furthermore choose the best photographer of the day that will also walk away with a 1-year membership for one player.

𝗩𝗜𝗣𝘀 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬: No walk-ins will be allowed, only entered teams

𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗗: Only pre-orders for food will be taken via Quicket 

𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗞𝗦: The VIP Lounge (licensed) will be open for drinks

‼ All captured moments during the event will be used by Playalot® to advertise our awesome indoor adventure park. A professional photographer will be present. 📸

The Prize Of The Year!

Two winners, will enjoy 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗡 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗛 𝗥𝟭𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬! 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗧® winner will also feature on our Wall of Fame, social media pages and website and have their team-name on our official 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗧® trophy.

How It Works

  1. Get a team together, consisting of You (photographer) and one of your kids.
  2. Give your team a cool name (for voting purposes). 😎
  3. Enter your team via this link. One family may enter multiple teams (of two people). Each with their own team name.
  4. Once you have successfully registered, you must add yourself to the one-way broadcast WhatsApp group where you will receive all up-to-date events information.
  5. Attend the VIP 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗧® event on Friday 21 July 2023 with your ‘model’ and take photies of them having the time of their lives (using the categories provided).

Important Dates

  • The VIP 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗧® event takes place on Friday 21 July 2023.
  • Application entries open on Wednesday 5 July 2023.
  • Application entries closes on Sunday 16 July 2023 (or as soon as 50 players entered successfully).
  • Pre-ordering of food, via Quicket, close on Sunday 16 July 2023. No food will be sold on the night.
  • Photographers need to submit their best photos (min 1, max 2 per category), on behalf of the team by, no later than end of day on Monday 24 July 2023. Only photos submitted via wetransfer.com to marketing@playalot.co.za will be accepted.
  • Public voting will open on 26 July 2023 and close at end of day on 30 July 2023. Voting link will be shared on the VIP WhatsApp group.
  • The winning team will be announced at 7pm on Monday 31 July 2023 via our social media platforms and on the VIP WhatsApp group.

Tees & Cees

  • All players/applicants must have an online Playalot® profile. 
  • Each players/applicant needs to complete an application form.
  • There is no age limit for this competition.
  • Entries are limited to 50 players/applicants.
  • No walk-ins will be allowed at this event. Only pre-booked applicants and their direct family (max 2 spectators/photographers per applicant) may attend the event.
  • Should you bring siblings to the event (directly related to the player/applicant), you agree that this sibling might be photographed (directly or in the background) by our Playalot® photographer.
  • By entering this competition, attending the VIP event and submitting your images, you give consent to Playalot® to use all images on all official marketing platforms, with no expiry date.
  • Players/applicants must be on time for the event as it starts off with a crash course on “what is expected from models and photographers on shoot days”.
  • Applicants must enter at least one image from all 12 categories, to stand in line for the prize.
  • The prize for the winning team will give the 1 player of that team free playpark access for an entire year from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024.
  • Your friends, family and the public will be included in the voting process and the voting result is official and final.
  • Playalot® will choose the best photographer of the day and the decision is final.
  • The photographers may use a cell phone or a professional camera to take photos (they must just be able to easily access & submit the photos via wetransfer.com).
  • The winners are expected to visit the park once a month (for 1 year), where possible, and to post content to social media during/after each visit. All pictures uploaded to social media in relation to this competition should be accompanied by the hashtag “#faceofplayalot”.
  • Playalot safety grip socks are compulsory at this event, for your account. Please buy a pair in reception if you do not have a pair already.
  • Photo (min 1, max 2 per category) must be submitted via wetransfer.com to marketing@playalot.co.za. Clearly mark the ONE photo that must be used, by Playalot, on the voting form (WeTransfer has a message section for notes).
  • You will receive a voting link via the VIP Events WhatsApp group to get your circle of family/friends to vote for your team.
  • Based on the public’s votes, the player on your team will stand a chance to be crowned 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗧®.
  • Pre-order food via this link – Playalot Food Orders. No food will be sold on the night.

  • Entries are open to Cape Town residents only.
